Vintage Dance June 23-28, 2002,
San Diego
San Diego Vintage Dance Week is just around the corner! Immerse yourself in
a fantasy week of 19th and early 20th Century vintage
music, dance and costuming. Day-long dance classes with Richard Powers,
Joan Walton and Patri & Barbara Pugliese and more. Fantastic
evenings with
themed balls and authentic period live music. Lectures on historic
dance,
etiquette and costuming. All accommodations and classes at the lovely
campus of the University of San Diego. The whole week and all the balls
$350 tuition, with some limited 1/2 time participation available. Two of
the evening balls are available to prepaid only couples and single men:
enjoy
an evening of Jazz Age music at a dinner-dance at the Prado Ballroom in
gorgeous Balboa Park, or Civil War dancing on Friday with music by the

The Flying Cloud
Academy, Cincinnati, Ohio--balls, workshops, annual summer Vintage Dance week,
