JazzWriting
May 4- 9
JazzWriting is improvisational writing in which the visual painting counts as much as the verbal content. Lettering artists Eliza Holliday (co-author of the book, Brush Lettering) and Steven Skaggs are your tour guides through the spectacular possibilities offered by your own words painted with your own handwriting. Some of the participants will be calligraphers, others will be authors, and still others will be people looking for a new way of expanding their creative selves.
For a look at JazzWriting examples from other
workshops, visit the Steven's JazzWriting web site: (http://www.louisville.edu/~sxskag01/Skaggs.html).
