Thanksgiving Mountain Gathering

at Split Tree Farm

Come to beautiful North Georgia this Thanksgiving weekend for rest, rejuvenation and a joyous time.  Split Tree Farm, nestled in the mountains, is a retreat center south of Chattanooga offering rustic beauty amidst 200 acres of rolling pasture land, a dance and music pavillion offering views of surrounding mountains, a charming farmhouse, and other attractions (including the "split tree").

Specifics:

Friday, 11/28:  6 p.m. potluck dinner, fun get-to-know-you games, and a music-dance jam.

Saturday, 11/29:  Workshops on Herbology, Life Mapping, Percussion for Everyone, Vegetarian Cooking, plus hikes and much more.  Blues, Swing, Waltz, anything-goes dance with live music, and drum circle.

Sunday:  Hymn and Folk singing, surprises.  Afternoon closing ritual around the Split Tree.

Details:

Food is pot-luck all weekend.  Lodging:  Sheltered camping space in barn or sleep in the house or pavillion. Bring a sleeping bag, towels, etc.  Bring soft-sole shoes for dancing; no street shoesare allowed in the studio or house.  Alcohol-free, smoking in designated areas only.  No pets.  Children must be supervised.

Cost:  $25 for weekend.
